Reporting a problem

To help us fix a problem quickly, please include:

which converter you used (the page address);
where the file came from (for example “Chase CSV export”, “Android contacts export”, “Outlook calendar”) and the app you are importing into;
what you expected and what happened, plus any message the page showed;
your browser and device.

Please don’t send real contact lists, calendars or bank statements. If a sample would help, make a copy with two or three made-up rows that still shows the problem.

We usually reply within a few working days.
