Terms of use
Last updated: 2026-10-20
By using SheetConvert you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The service
SheetConvert provides free tools that convert files in your web browser. There is no account, and you may use the tools for personal or business purposes. We may change, add or remove tools at any time.
Check your results
File formats, and the apps that import them, vary. A converter can’t know everything about your data. Check the converted file before relying on it, especially before importing it into accounting, budgeting or contact software. Before importing, keep a backup of your original files and of your app’s data. Where you can, import into a test account or calendar first.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. We give no warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes any warranty that the tools are fit for a particular purpose, accurate or available without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or its tools. This includes lost data, incorrect imports, lost profits and indirect losses. Because the tools are free and run on your own device, you are responsible for how you use the files they produce.
Not financial or tax advice
The bank-file converters change file formats only. Nothing on this site is financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site to break the law or to violate other people’s rights. Don’t try to disrupt the site or copy the whole site.
Trademarks
Product names such as Excel, Outlook, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, iPhone, iCloud, QuickBooks, Quicken, Xero, YNAB, GnuCash and Moneydance are trademarks of their owners. They are used here only to say which apps the tools work with. SheetConvert is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
Third-party links and ads
The site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of the country you live in must apply.
